Makayla

**Front Desk Operations**
Makayla will be the first face you see when you enter our doors. She handles all of the front desk operations. Born and raised in West Plains, she attended West Plains high school and went onto Missouri State University-West Plains, earning an Associates degree in Education. Currently working towards her Medical Terminology degree in hopes of obtaining her Radiology Tech degree.

Kira

**Chiropractic Assistant**
Kira moved here from Colorado 3 years ago. She assists Dr. McFarland in all things patient related. She loves to go on walks with her dog, Tilley. In her spare time, Kira loves to bake and watch the latest tv series.

Sammie

**Office Manager**
Sammie moved to West Plains from Michigan in 2005 with her family and has been in the chiropractic field since 2009. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, and photography. At McFarland Spine & Sport, she takes care of all billing tasks.
